Design Story

The eye lands first on the front panel: a red arrowhead carrying the KC monogram, outlined in gold and ringed with tiny jewel-like dots, with a small crown resting above it. Beneath that, CHIEFS sits in serif capitals flanked by stars, and a slim gold plaque on the side panel reads EST. 1960. The color logic is simple and confident — ivory across the crown and brim, deep crimson panels with a tiled, glossy look, gold piping tracing every seam. Warm light does the rest, letting the crimson deepen and the gold catch. It is a still, ornamental composition built on contrast rather than movement.
