The first thing the eye catches is the diagonal. A white blade of colour cuts across a deep navy front panel, and the whole jacket suddenly reads like a livery rather than a garment. Everything else follows that line.
Design Story
The composition is split down the centre by the front closure: cream on one side, navy on the other, joined by angled white bands and thin red accents that behave like racing stripes rather than decoration. Sponsor-style lettering sits high on the chest, framed by the raised collar, with small yellow wedges at the hem and shoulder keeping the palette from going too quiet. Fine repeated patterning across the navy adds depth up close. A shoulder marking and a small number near the hem complete the motorsport grammar. It is a colour-block study in balance \Uffffffff cool tones held in place by warm punctuation.
Layering & Wear
As outerwear, the artwork uses the form properly. The panel construction gives the diagonals somewhere to travel, the shoulder and sleeve line carry the graphic into profile view, and the collar frames the chest lettering. Worn open over dark trousers, it becomes the visual anchor of the outfit and still reads clearly from across a room.
