Design Story

Deep royal blue holds the field, broken by evenly spaced cream pinstripes that establish a quiet vertical rhythm. At the centre, a shield carries the familiar red circular C, framed by symmetrical laurel branches in antique gold and topped with a small crown. Below it, a ribbon banner reads CHICAGO CUBS with EST. 1876 beneath, closing on a single stitched baseball at the base. The structure is heraldic and strictly symmetrical: crown above, shield in the middle, banner below, laurel wrapping the whole into an oval. Red piping runs down the side panels, a thin accent that separates front from gusset and gives the whole surface an edge.

Carry & Styling

On a tote, the crest becomes the single visual anchor of the front panel. It occupies the lower two thirds, leaving open striped space near the top where the handles meet the body, so nothing crowds the grip line. The scale is generous but contained, readable across a room without shouting, and the vertical stripes flatter the bag silhouette. A composed carry profile that pairs easily with plain everyday styling.
