Design Story

The composition is built in tiers. A banner reads CHICAGO CUBS at the top, then the roundel emblem in red and royal blue sits as the visual anchor, framed by a beaded ring and gilt laurel. Below it, EST. 1876 sits on a scrolled ribbon, followed by a fine line drawing of Wrigley Field and a base register listing WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS 1907, 1908, 2016. Red baseball stitching arcs up both sides, and faceted diamond motifs punctuate the vertical axis. The palette is disciplined: warm cream ground, gold linework, two saturated accents. Nothing competes.

Use & Experience

On a tall tumbler silhouette, that vertical stacking reads perfectly \Uffffffff the emblem lands at eye level in the front-facing focal panel, while the stadium engraving occupies the lower third where the hand naturally sits. The gold band beneath the lid closes the composition like a collar. Even the handle carries a small CHICAGO CUBS line, so the design resolves from every angle.
