Design Story

The wraparound composition is built on an argyle grid, its stitched diamond lines fading in tone so the pattern reads as texture rather than noise. Over it sits a cream focal panel with a shaped, almost heraldic outline, anchored by the interlocking NC monogram in dusty blue. Typography stacks in clear hierarchy: UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA above, NORTH CAROLINA TAR HEELS in serif capitals below, then a small EST. 1789 plaque and a scrolled ribbon reading LIMITED EDITION near the base.
