Design Story

The front-facing focal panel is built around a medallion: a circular field holding the Power T, framed by an arc reading PRIDE OF THE SOUTHLAND and flanked by two upright trumpets rendered in fine tonal linework. Beneath it, TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS sits in stacked, wide-tracked lettering with a small star pivot below. The lower taper carries a chevron motif and a second pair of horns, so the composition reads top-heavy by intention and resolves downward. A strictly two-tone palette \Uffffffff warm cream against soft gold \Uffffffff keeps the hierarchy legible with almost no colour noise.
