Design Story

The visual anchor is the shield-mounted VT monogram sitting dead center, big enough to read across a tailgate lot. The mascot climbs in from the upper left, arm raised mid-cheer, and that diagonal keeps the eye moving instead of letting the layout go flat. Around it: a helmet, a pennant reading HOKIES, a football, scattered stars, a rendering of Lane Stadium, a foam finger, a Hokie Stone marker. It should be chaos. It isn't, because the pale cream background does the heavy lifting, giving all that maroon and orange room to breathe. Then the type block lands underneath \Uffffffff LET'S GO HOKIES! MAROON & ORANGE! LANE STADIUM READY! \Uffffffff stacked in descending scale so the hierarchy reads instantly.
